About Me

My journey of reconnecting and healing started at the end of 2019 after experiencing burnout from working over 20 years in the corporate world.

In my corporate life, I was getting minimal sleep, constantly battling illnesses, overly stressed and really lost my sense of self.  Feeling trapped and helpless I was searching for some kind of balance.

After obtaining a few certifications as Energy Healing Practitioner and Sound Practitioner, I discovered Sound Baths reach a broader audience which lifts people up without any fear and alleviates stress and brings people’s body back into harmony. Sharing the tranquility and transformation of sound healing is a true passion of mine.
