About Me

My journey of reconnecting and healing started at the end of 2019 after experiencing burnout from more than 20 years in the corporate world.

During that time, I was getting minimal sleep, constantly battling illnesses, overly stressed and really lost my sense of self.  Feeling trapped and helpless I was searching for some kind of balance and purpose. 

Through Sound and Energy Healing, I discovered a path back to harmony, clarity and balance.  This transformative experience reignited my connection and inspired a deep passion to support others on their own healing journeys. 

After obtaining a few certifications as Energy Healing Practitioner and Sound Practitioner, I discovered Sound Baths offer a gentle yet powerful way to reach a broader audience.  Sound healing invites relaxation without fear, eases stress and helps the body return to a natural state of balance.  Sharing the tranquility and transformation that sound healing provides has become a true passion of mine. 

LILAC Intuitive Energy Healing™ means living in light and consciousness.  Lilac heals at all levels (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and vibrational).  This modality is at a level of raised consciousness that allows access to deeper healing in a shortened period of time.
